Handmade Crispbread

Since launching in Glemminge in Österlen, Skåne in 2002, Olof Viktors has been realising the dream of creating handmade bread, baked in a wood-fired stone oven using slow-fermented sourdough. All production is from scratch and by hand, using natural ingredients and no additives or ready-made flour mixtures. Olof Viktors never compromises on quality and, in a short time, the products have attracted attention and won prizes. They are now sold all over Sweden, with a selection of the products also being sold on selected markets in other countries. One of Olof Viktors’ most popular products is sourdough crispbread, which was awarded the Great Taste Award in London in 2008.
