Juices, jams and dried berries

Close to the polar circle Karin Nordström runs her smallscale company Jokkmokksbär. Fruits and berries from the wild nature are dried or processed into juices and jams. Additives are avoided, for example the juice of bilberry (blueberry) and crowberry is 100 % pure. Other berries in the high quality products are lingonberry and cloudberry. The midnight sun gives the berries many hours of light. Tasteful and healthy is the vision of Jokkmokksbär.
