The Chocolate Factory – Chocolate pralines, cakes and fig cake

With great skills and a huge respect for the raw product, the Chocolate Factory in Stockholm produces 14 tonnes of pralines annually, each piece individually made. They employ 15 people who roll, dip, pipe and package these pralines in a public gallery in the shop. Only carefully selected, high quality chocolate, is used in order to produce these palatable pralines. The Chocolate Factory is also represented in Tokyo, in the renowned tea-and chocolate boutique Leaf Storm in Meguro. All the chocolate sold there is flown in from Sweden.

The chocolate master himself, Martin Isaksson, has been part of the Swedish national chef team and was made Olympian champion in the year 2004.
