The best Swedish artisanal jams have been brought together under the trade name of Äkta Sylt™ (Real Jam). Some 20 jam-makers from all over the country cooperate to promote their passionate and professional craftsmanship. They produce jams and marmelades for today’s food enthusiasts, gourmets and professional chefs.
Äkta Sylt™ jams are made with respect for their ingredients. When jam is made in small batches in copper pans, colour and taste are preserved. Äkta Sylt™ says ”No” to industrial pectins, preserving agents and citric acid, whilst clearly saying ”Yes” to interesting and creative tastes using the very best Swedish ingredients and authentic flavour traditions.
