Yesterday, in Brussels he presented to his colleagues in EU, a box with  products from the artisan producers in Fabulous Flavours of Sweden. Souvas (reindeermeat) from Idre Ren, Bilberry jam with juniper and vinegar from Finesserna, Crowberry juice from Jokkmokksbär, Jelly from crabapples from HargOdlarna and Bilberry/lemon biscuits from Åre Bageri. We hope the ministers will enjoy the fabulous flavors of Sweden and have a tasteful Christmas.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Paris store Terres d&#8217;Aperitif Swedish weeks in collaboration with  Fabulous Flavors of Sweden, has evoked great response. Many customers are curious about the Swedish cuisine and flavors from the north. Elk, reindeer meat, crispbread, mustards, drinks, cheeses and jams with flavors influenced by the wild woods and the long summer nights feels new and refreshing. Mediterranean diet has competition.</p>
<p>During a crowded press conference  invited journalists experienced  a culinary journey around the Swedish flavours composed by the Swedish chef Niklas Läth. A christmas giftbox offers all Parisians a sample of Swedish tastes and Swedish food craftsmanship. For customers outside of Paris is a selection of products to find at www.terresdaperitifs.com.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="size-medium wp-image-431 alignleft" title="IMG_0805" src="http://www.ffos.se/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/IMG_0805-584x389.jpg" alt="" width="350" height="233" />The event and seminar ”Experience the taste of Sweden”,  took place at the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo in cooperation with the Swedish Trade Council, and gathered some 30 interested buyers and retailers.  The japanese market have high demands on food quality regarding taste, no additives and the packaging. The products from Fabulous Flavours of Sweden meet this demands. Participating companies was Chokladfabriken (chocolate), Finesserna (jam), HargOdlarna (jam), Havtornspecialisten (various products of sea buckthorn), Olof Viktors (crisp bread), Oviken ost (cheeses), SAV (sparkling birch sap wine ) Stafva Mejeri (cheeses), Åre Bageri (cakes, biscuits) and Äkta Sylt (jam). During the event we also launched three new products: SAV 2008, SAV Snaps (aquavit) and a blueberryjam från Finesserna.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The vulcanic eruption stopped us from attending at the food-fair at the   Swedish Embassy in Tokyo late April! Of course this was a great   disappointment for our representatives and all the producers! Since then we have planned for a new trip to Tokyo to promote the very best of  Swedish artisan food to the Japanese market. Fabulous Flavours of Sweden will arrange a seminar &#8221;Experience the taste of Sweden&#8221; a story of artisan food produce and producers. On stage is also chef Staffan Naess, from the famous Stockholm restaurant Mathias Dahlgren, creating and offering fabulous tastings  of cheeses, crispbread,  jams, marmelades, cakes,  chocolates.</p>
<p>The event will take place 1-2 of June at the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo with cooperation with the Swedish Trade Council.</p>

The event is arranged by the Swedish Trade Council and the Swedish Embassy in Tokyo. On the half-day food fair at the Swedish Embassy Fabulous Flavours of Sweden will present and offer tasting of artisan food like cheeses, crispbread, jams, marmelades, cakes, chocolates among others. It´s a great honour for us to introduce Swedish artisan food to the Japanese Market.</p>
